RETURNS
We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out. We allow exchanges within 30 days. All items applicable for exchange must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition. Product must have the original packaging with tags.
How do I initiate a return?
Send us an email at hello@lilulila.com providing the order number, reference and the reason why for the return. We will come back to you with return instructions.
Once we receive the item a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10-15 business days of receiving the return.
Please note that items must be delivered to us unused in a like-new condition, with their original packaging and labels.
